Ahh yes, there are many types of cookies available but yet for me, there is one special type: Danish butter cookies. This flaky sweet joy from heaven is just right for cloudy days, to lift the spirit. And not only that. When you finish the cookies you get a lovely tin box, usually used for sewing equipment. How disappointing is that when you find a box of "cookies" and you open it just find out that horror of sewing equipment. Let me know which cookies are your favorite in comments.
