Here is a quick gallery from the eco-gardens that I have been working in and eating from the past few months. Above is some fresh mint that we are growng and that some of us pick daily to chew on :)

If you saw my previdous post (listed Below) you will have already seen a picture of this beauty who likes to hang out in the compost bed to stay warm at nights. It is wonderful to work in gardens that are eco-friendly and that are in balance with nature. That means that all sorts of other life forms like to hang out.

No pesticides, no harsh chemicals. Just lush food being grow in a healthy fashion Because of the lack of the Chemicals there are all sorts of insects, creatures and fungus that grow in the gaarden. It is so nice to see the bio diversity in the soil and on the plants.
