ご紹介する調味料は、ピンクソルトです。
スパイスの魅力を伝えてるのに、塩かよ！！！ってね。
もう少し、レアなスパイスでも出してくるかな、と期待させちゃいましたかね（笑）
自分の中では、調味料とスパイス（香辛料）は似て非なるものだと思っているので、あえてここではスパイスではなく、いつも使用、むしろ愛用しているピンクソルトを出しました。
その出会いは遡ること数年前に旅行で訪れた、北インドはデリー。
紅茶を買った怪しい小汚い商店で、チャイを飲ませてもらったのですが、その時にこのピンクソルトをほんの少し使ってた。
「ん？魔法の粉？」、
と聞いたら、ピンクソルトだと言うではないか。
珍しそうに見る私を、お店のおじさんが、おまけにくれました。
そこから、もう普通の塩が使えないぐらいの愛用です。
もちろん、南インドカレーや普段の塩味も全部、このピンクソルトです。
さすがにおまけ（写真右）なので、使い切ってしまいましたが、
おじさんが”パキスタンがとうたら”言ってたので、なんとなく近そうなこのピンクソルトを使ってます。
そんなピンクソルトですが、何と効能がすごい！ただの塩ではないのです。
ミネラルが豊富に含まれているピンクソルトの効能には
