Hello all of my friends of hive universe. How are you all. I hope you are all well by the grace of Almighty.
Today, I am going to talk about banana cake. After coming home from University I was exhausted. Because, I had a exam that day it was Seed Science and technology. I was tired and in my kitchen there was nothing to eat. So, I rushed to my freeze but I got nothing to eat. Fortunately, I saw double pair of banana fruits. Then an idea came to my head and I wanted to made banana cake. My craving to eat banana cake was increasing with the passed of time. So I started to make it.
Ingredients :
- Banana
- Jaggery
- wheat flour
- cornflower powder
- salt
If you want to add braking soda and some east, you can add. But in my kitchen these ingredients are absent . So I was not using it.
At first I took a coocking pan. Then I took 4 bananas and mash it well. After completing mashing I added 250gm wheat flour and 5 teaspoon of jaggery. Then mixed it well. After that I added 4 teaspoon of cornflower powder and mixed it well. Now it is ready to fry. See it is a simple recipe. And not take much time and healthy also.
Now it was the time to fry. At first I take a frying pan to fry. Then I added mustard oil and heat it. After that I gave one bye one with the help of a spoon. I used here mustard oil that's why here a good colour was coming. I consume mustard oil. I bring pure mustard oil from my village. But long time consumed of mustard oil is not good for our health. For long time consumed, it reduces the platelets of blood cell. So, after some month of using mustard oil, I use soyabean oil for a month then again I go in mustard oil to balance my platelets label.
My banana cake was delicious. My friends Joya and Tanjina ate it and they said yummy馃構. They liked it. We ate together.
