How to cook:
It is necessary to wash rice and mung beans. After washing, the water must be clean and clear.
In a blender, we grind the following components of the recipe: coriander, coconut flakes (if desired) and ginger with half a glass of water. Grind to a homogeneous consistency.
We put ghee oil in the pan, warm it up on a small fire, then add cardamom, cinnamon, pepper, cloves and bay leaf and let it pass until the fragrant smell appears.
Mix all the contents from the blender with spices, and also add salt and turmeric to them.
Stir gently and pass until light brown.
Then add the mash and rice, mix well.
Next, pour in water (6 items), cover with a lid, bring to a boil, and then continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
Then reduce the fire to the smallest. Next, slightly open the lid and continue to cook for about 25-30 minutes.
