The other day I went on my first adventure since getting home from the rehab hospital!

When I got up the street and up the first hill I was a bit intimidated and still finding my legs, but shortly after that I started filming some flowers and getting into the spirit of adventure and was having fun. ๐Ÿ™‚

I stopped to film some green trees blowing in the wind and almost started crying it was so beautiful... It took on a whole new meaning thinking about how if I would have given up or died that I never would have seen it... And then I sang to myself... "I can do this... I can doooo this!".

When I got to the creek I took some pictures of Cathedral Rock that I normally wouldn't take as the light wasn't great and there weren't any clouds, yet it was sentimental and powerful to me because I actually made it all the way down there.

I walked up a little ways and filmed some more and just felt so weird and like an alien moving so slowly and in pain while everyone around seemed to be moving so normally and healthily. I wished I could move like them again...

On the way back my leg muscles started to get tired and it was more difficult, though I kept at it one foot in front of the other and made it home without any serious problems!

Also, I recognized and was reminded of the street number again at Crescent Moon Ranch which is 333 and which I am convinced is not a coincidence or accident as my town is riddled with esoteric symbolism from secret societies like the Free Masons and Knights Templar, etc. it's weird having eyes that see what the vast majority of the regular population are completely oblivious to...

Even though I've been a bit depressed at times and struggling significantly with my new challenges and OCD and other things, my adventure suggested to me that my journey isn't over yet and that I still have a lot to do.
I need to continue to find self love, forgiveness, belief, gratitude and more and get really serious about healing and getting stronger because there's a lot I'd still like to do in this life. โค

Hopefully before too long I'm climbing mountains again and returning to the legendary adventure I was on before I got sick. Peace, much love and bye until next time!

PS... If I remember correctly on the first day of physical rehab I walked about 60 steps before my physical therapist stopped me because my heart rate was at an unhealthy or even dangerous level, 60 steps exhausted me and I'm pretty sure I had a walker or wheelchair for support...

Around a month later when I was released from rehab I was walking without support a few thousand steps without any cardio problems and now around a month later from then I just walked close to 2 miles, I looked on Google earth and it looks like I walked around 8000 feet and I could have gone further!

Next adventure goal is... The highest part of Chavez Ranch Road! It's around the same distance, but mostly uphill. Gonna try in a few days and I think I'll be able to do it! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
