How many of you know what Sirene is?
Sirene is a Feta style brined cheese. It is common in the Balkans and made from goat’s, cow’s or sheep’s milk.
It is also known as Bulgarian Cheese.
It is used in salads and baking.
I use it also combined with watermelon.
I recommend trying, you won't be disappointed.
