When in a hurry, I prepare a simple yet healthy and tasty dish.
I love salmon fish, the color, the versatility, the taste.
This is the easy way to get a quick and tasty meal:
1. Put the salmon in a pan.
2. Sprinkle kosher salt.
3. Sprinkle black pepper.
4. Add garlic, as much as you'll eat.
5. Add onion rings on top of the fish.
6. Add olive oil, gently.
7 15-20 minutes in the oven at 180-190 degrees (356-375 Fahrenheit).
8. Serve with fresh salad.
This is the basis. You can change or add more ingredients to the salmon. You can also replace the salad with mashed potatoes.
I collected from the net benefits from eating salmon:
- They are rich in Omega-3 (long-chain fatty acid).
- They are an excellent source of essential protein.
- Salmon is one of the best sources of Compound Vitamin B.
- Potassium is also found in salmons; it is good to control blood pressure.
- Only certain foods contain Selenium; salmon is one of them.
- Salmon's red pigment is due to the presence of the Antioxidant Astaxanthin. It works positively on the cholesterol.
I am sure there are more benefits, for me, all above are enough.

This is the simplest way: only olive oil and salt.
