Today I had a light breakfast and left early for the city of Tigre because a few days ago, while making a payment to a store, my bank account was debited for the cost of the product, but the payment wasn't processed, nor was it refunded to my account.
After several attempts to file a complaint online through various customer service channels, all failed, so yesterday I went to the bank branch, only to find there was no electricity and the bank was closed. I returned home, confident that the power would be back on in the afternoon, and indeed it was, so the bank was closed that day.
Today I got up early again to get to the bank before they opened, hoping that the power wouldn't go out, either early or at any time of day, and that I could resolve my problem. While they were opening, I stayed nearby taking photos, then I went to the plaza, which is one of the places I enjoy most in the city because of how cool the place is and its extreme vegetation, and I went in to have a coffee at a nearby place.
When they finally reopened, I went through a somewhat tedious process because I had to write a letter right there requesting my refund and explaining what had happened. The way to resolve these problems is a bit cumbersome because for money that belongs to me, that I need, I have to wait a month for a possible refund. Anyway, I did what I had to do, and now I just have to be patient and have faith.
On the way back, I also took some pictures of the surroundings and the animals. I really enjoy photography, but even better, it helps me disconnect from any stressful situation. I loved seeing places that have been preserved since my childhood, like Bolívar Square, the city's first radio station (of which only the facade remains), and the corner where almost all the kids in the city met up on weekends in the 80s.
When I go to my hometown to run errands, I rush through everything, but if I take my time, I can appreciate many things that are part of my development, and it's a wonderful journey through time.

Hoy me comí un desayuno ligero y me fui temprano a la ciudad del Tigre ya que hace días haciendo un pago a un comercio, me debitaron de mi cuenta bancaria el costo del producto pero el pago no se hizo efectivo, y tampoco fue regresado a mi cuenta.
Después de varios intentos de poner el reclamo vía web por muchos canales de atención al cliente, fueron fallidos todos, por lo que ayer me fui a la oficina del banco pero con la incomodidad de que no había energía eléctrica y el banco estaba cerrado. Me regresé a mi casa ya que con seguridad la luz estaría regresando en la tarde y en efecto, así fue, por lo que la entidad bancaria no laboro ese día.
Hoy madrugué otra vez para llegar al banco antes de que abrieran y con la fe de que la energía eléctrica no se fuera ni temprano ni a ninguna hora del día y yo pudiera resolver mi problema. Mientras abrían, me quedé cerca tomando fotos, me fui a la plaza que es uno de los sitios que más disfruto en la ciudad por lo fresco del lugar y su vegetación extrema, y entré a tomarme un café en un sitio cercano.
Cuando ya abrieron, pasé por un proceso un poco fastidioso porque tenía que redactar una carta ahí mismo solicitando mi petición y explicando lo sucedido. Un poco engorrosa la manera de solucionar estos problemas porque por un dinero que me pertenece, que necesito, debo esperar un mes para que posiblemente me lo reintegren. En fin, ya hice lo que debía hacer, y me toca tener paciencia y fe.
Al regreso también tomé fotitos del entorno y la animalitos. Disfruto mucho la fotografía pero mejor aún, me desconecta de cualquier situación estresante. Me encantó ver sitios que aún se conservan desde mi niñez, como la plaza Bolívar, la primera radio de la ciudad pero de ella sólo queda la fachada, y la que era la esquina de encuentros de casi todos los chicos de la ciudad en los años 80, los fines de semana.
Cuando voy a mi ciudad natal a hacer diligencias, paso rápidamente por todos lados, pero si voy con tranquilidad, logro apreciar muchas cosas que forman parte de mi evolución, y es un maravilloso recorrido a través del tiempo.
