These are my favourite steamed buns! The place is called Pun-Pao Steamed Buns in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The banana chocolate flavour is my favourite along with the taro one (both vegan). There are plenty of vegan steamed buns and during the jay festival they have chocolate and durian flavoured steamed buns. They are also really cheap, only 20baht each which is under one dollar aus. There are many vegan places to eat out in Chiang Mai that are really cheap and tasty. One of the reasons why I love this place is how inexpensive and tasty the food is here along with the many vegan options and fruit markets available. This steamed bun place is one of my favourites to go to since vegan steamed buns aren't that popular or taste nearly as good where I'm from in New Zealand.
