This is not really about brownies in general. But I love it! Why? Because the texture is fudge and not too sweet. A bit bitter but that’s what I want. Because when the brownies have too much sweetness, that’s not good and I didn’t like over sweet.
I ordered this brownie type from the online store in my area, namely “Double Mix”. I paid IDR 165 K / $11.7. Quite expensive but really worth buying :)
The flavor is mixed. Topped with almond and sea salt. I will order this type of brownie next time again, for sure!
