Happiness Starts With Your Eyes
It's useless if the desserts taste good, but don't have a good appearance because people will hesitate to taste them. That's why I always try to show the best shapes for the desserts I make.
I want to make other people interested in tasting my desserts, even though they might not like them very much later. At least, I've managed to get people to give it a try, that's already a fun thing.
My mother is the one who keeps me motivated to shape the beautiful desserts I make. My mother is always fussy when I make poorly shaped desserts. She never wants to taste my food if it looks weird.
For these reasons, I finally always try to upgrade the form of the food I serve, including plating.
I often look at food photography on various social media applications. So I often get inspiration for desserts from there.
Then, I looked around for the mold for it. If there is no dessert mold with the shape I want, I usually will manually form the desserts later when plating, mostly using a cake cutter.
This time I will share with you 3 dessert molds that I bought to upgrade my dessert forms. I bought all of them through online shopping in the Tokopedia application.
Chocobomb Molds with 5 Holes
This dessert mold is round but semi-circular. It's perfect for forming puddings, chocolate cakes, even cakes.
With this dessert mold, I imagined that I would make a transparent pudding filled with fruit, or edible flowers. That would be fun for sure. And I can't wait to try it.
This product is elastic so the ingredients in it will be easily removed later. Resistant to heat and cold, -40 degrees Celsius and 230 degrees Celsius.
Swirl Blade with 8 Holes
This is my favorite! The shape of the Swirl Blade will create beautiful desserts. I hope so!
Just like before, this product is also heat and cold-resistant. It's also elastic so it's easy to get desserts out of this mold.
For both products, I paid $USD 7 because I bought both products at the same time at the same seller.
Ice Cube Maker
Indeed, it looks just like a cute ice cube maker! But we can also make molds for quick bites and other snacks.
In addition, we can also use these cute molds to preserve dough in practical ways, such as pancake batter, oil, yogurt, or even coffee.
I like the overall shape of this mold. I paid only $USD 1 for this. Pretty cheap in my opinion.
However, this product is not made from elastic. So it will take a special trick to remove the ingredients from the mold.
Well, from the three dessert prints, I hope that they will support me to produce good desserts.
