Accustomed to cooking and being close to food ingredients such as vegetables, it doesn't stop me from exploring interesting things about them. There are always things with a new perspective that makes me love vegetables.
Leafy greens always bring an interesting and special texture to the photo. Including vegetables this time I share with you.
Let me share with you, Bakchoy Stock Images. I often called this veggie with Pakchoy. In my village, it's called spoon-shaped mustard green.
In this documentation, I use the type of bakchoy grown by the hydroponic method.
You may notice that this Bakchoy looks smaller and brittle, breaks easily, very crunchy on the stems of the leaves. This is because their type is different from the type of bakchoy that is grown by normal methods with soil.
Another important thing I have to tell you is that this bakchoy is not 100 percent in the harvest phase yet. I picked them up for free at a friend's plantation. So they look smaller and look less growing badly. Even though I harvested them not yet time. lol.
Bakchoy is my favorite vegetable, because of its crunchy (if not over-cooked) texture. But aside from the impact on taste, it's their spoon-like shape that made me add them to my list of favorite vegetables.
Look at the spoon-shaped leaves. For me it is beautiful. Hope you guys also enjoy that beauty, if not, I don't insist because everyone has a different reference to beauty.
I hope you guys like Bakchoy's photography from my kitchen 鉂わ笍鉂わ笍鉂わ笍.
