Today I want to share with you my lunch today with my little ones, because technically it was men's day🤗 since mom went out early to do some small errands, so today I prepared the dish that my children like the most, a delicious rice with chicken, which I prepare it in a slightly peculiar way.
Hola amigos, que tal un gusto en saludarles de nuevo. Hoy quiero compartir con uds mi almuerzo de hoy con mis pequeños, ya que hay técnicamente nos tocó día de hombres🤗 ya que mamá salió desde temprano ha realizar unas pequeñas diligencias, así que hoy les prepare el plato que más les gusta a ellos mis hijos, un delicioso arroz con pollo, que lo preparo de una manera un poco peculiar.
I started by seasoning two pieces of chicken, in this case the whole thighs, I chopped them into pieces and let them rest for a few minutes, after that time I took them to the pan to seal them when they were ready I removed them from the heat and set them aside for a few moments. Then in a pot put water and let it come to a boil, at that time I added the rice cook for about two minutes and then add the chicken and let it cook for about 8 minutes until the rice is al dente. Once reached that point I remove from heat and strain the water and so we are left with a very loose rice and most importantly it was super tasty.
Comencé sazonando dos piezas de pollo, en este caso los muslos completo, los pique en trozos y dejé reposar por unos minutos, pasado ese tiempo los lleve a la sartén para sellarlos cuando ya estuvieron listos los retire del fuego y reserve por unos instantes. Luego en una olla coloque agua y dejé que llegara a hervir, en ese momento agregué el arroz cocine por unos dos minutos para luego agregar el pollo todo ello lo deje cocinar por unos 8 minutos hasta tener el arroz al dente. Una vez llegado a ese punto retiro del fuego y cuelo el agua y así nos queda un arroz muy suelto y lo más importante es que quedó super sabroso.
