Hola que tal? Un gusto en saludarle estoy por la comunidad para compartir con uds la preparaci贸n de una deliciosas galletas caseras de chocolate, es una preparaci贸n muy r谩pida y y sencilla de elaborar, y aqu铆 en este post te mostrar茅 como las realice, espero les guste.
Mix for 35 cookies of 20gr each.
Mezcla para 35 galletas de 20gr cada una.

Comenzamos mezclando el az煤car y la mantequilla hasta obtengas de estas dos ingredientes una mezcla p谩lida y cremosa y los granos de az煤car se hayan disuelto.

Una vez hayamos obtenido la consistencia deseada, agregamos en huevo junto con la vainilla, mezclamos hasta integrar muy bien.

En este paso tuve un peque帽o error 馃槃馃槃馃槃 en este paso primero iba el harina pero se me coleo el cacao, y bueno creo que en este punto el orden de los factores no altera el producto 馃槃 luego de este peque帽o error agregu茅 ahora s铆 la harina junto con el bicarbonato y mezcle hasta obtener una masa suave y compacta. Luego la tapamos con una bolsa y la llevamos por una hora a la nevera.
