Being sincere is not something low in fat but very delicious, a taste that one should give every so often and self indulge. I'll start by leaving the squids a little in water with vinegar to clean them better.
The zucchini we wash well, and chop it into slices so they cook quickly. We pass them through melted butter in a nonstick skillet so there is no risk of sticking. We pass the zucchini slices through the butter so that they cook a little (not much since they will be cooked again) let them barely brown, and remove them. Put them in a tray or table where they fit to be assembled, they will put mozzarella cheese to taste and salami or Spanish chorizo to taste also so that they are then placed in the same pan to cook (so that the cheese melts) can be covered or not, the idea of covering them is to concentrate on the heat and melt the cheese faster.
On the other hand we drain the squid and cut it the way you prefer (pieces, rings, strips ...) and prepare the mixture to breed. This mixture requires FRIA water preferably (half a cup), an egg, salt and pepper and apart we have in another deep bowl enough flour to cover the amount that we have of squid. We put the squid in pieces one by one for the mixture making them cover very well and from there for flour to put them in the hot oil in the pan so that they are fried, they move and turn until they are well browned so they do not remain raw.
Finally ready and served lunch ...
