Today I will tell you how to make a dish (Alkashri), a dish famous for Egyptians, but it is very tasty

If you want to do it , you will need these ingredients:

Rice
Small macaroni
Green lentils
Vermicelli

1. Boil everyone of them individually , just by add only salt.
2. Mix them after boil and put them in a plate.

The second layer

1. Cut onion into slices and then fry and place it over the ingredients in the dish.
2. Put some chickpeas on the onions.

Finally the sauce

Put in a blender, tomato, a little tomato paste, water, black pepper and salt. If you likes hot sauce like me,put hot red pepper🔥
