Fish Fry Making Method
First of all, I have to prepare a spice for coating the fish, for which I have mixed fish masala, salt, red chilli and turmeric powder in a pot.
I have washed the fish well so that the spices can be applied well. After applying the spices, I have kept it in the refrigerator for half an hour so that the spices are absorbed well.
Now we take some garlic cloves which we will coat with a chattu vatta and add a little water to it and filter it in a pot with the help of a strainer so that its waste is separated and we only have the garlic water which we need. In this, I have added besan and prepared a mixture of it.
Now we put the spiced fish in it and mix it well. When it gets a complete coating, it is completely ready for frying.
I have put a pot on the stove in which I have put 250 grams of oil. Let the ghee heat on medium to high flame. We will wait for it till it is hot.
The oil has heated up completely. I have started adding the fish pieces in it and slowly they are frying.
After frying it, I have taken it out and with the help of a cardboard, I have removed the extra oil from it because I want to make it crispy and for that I will fry it again.
I have fried them for the second time. Our delicious crispy fish fry recipe is ready.
Now it has to be dished out. Before that, I have prepared a cucumber, carrot and radish salad for it along with tomato ketchup.
I have dished it out and placed it in a tray with decorations. Now I am testing it with great pleasure. For me, it really has a different taste and taste. You must also try this fish fry recipe and discuss your opinion with me.
