Today I will be sharing with you my new first time try recipe on how I cooked this delicious and yummy beans that I used for breakfast.i was tired of cooking my beans the same method I learnt while growing up, cooking the beans and adding the ingredients directly and allow it to cook together, still giving me the same taste. But today I tired another recipe and it came out perfect and sweeter than the formal recipe. Below is the step by step on how I prepared this new found recipe.
INGREDIENTS
1kg of Brown Beans
4 onions
2 kitchen spoon of red oil
8 pieces of fresh tomatoes
15 pieces of red pepper
1 table spoon of salt
Water

PROCEDURE
First I wash my onions, sliced it to my desired size, then pound my already washed pepper and tomatoes in the mortar and kept them aside.

Secondly I picked my beans, wash it water, then pour it in the pot and allow to parboil it for 5minutes. After 5 minutes, I drain out the water and wash it.

After washing the beans, I pour it inside the pot, add my sliced onion. I then allow to cook well until it's tender and soft to eat.

In a separate pan, I add in red oil, I allow to heat up a bit, I pour in my onions, pepper and fresh tomatoes. then add salt to taste. I stir it and allow to steamer for a minute.

After that I pour in the sauce inside the beans and stir it to combine the ingredients together.

Our delicious and sweet beans it ready to be served, it tastes very different from my formal method of cooking beans. It came out yummy and heavenly.


The frying of the sauce gave it a different taste and aroma. It tastes so great and delicious. This is my new found method of cooking beans, am never going back to the formal method. Would you be trying this method.
