My summary of all my training day on Friday November 10 where I can do various combinations of static because I have better mentalized more in my plancha and have more resistance when executing each movement, this day was very motivating by the fact that I had about 2 weeks without training in the park, the little whales and this day was very exceptional by the fact that there was a lot of motivation in the park.
I had a lot of time without doing dynamic combinations due to the fact that I've been busy and mostly I've been improving my statics and this day I can do some freestyle.
