6. You never made a clear decision about achieving something specific, and so your actions are random; random actions lead to random results.
Until you become very clear about what it is that you're trying to achieve, you didn't start yet -you just think you did.
7. You don't know what it is that you want. It's easy to postpone something that you don't know exists. It's almost like you might have some dreams but you don't know about them; because you never actually took the time to sit down and ask yourself: -what do I want?
8. Being dependent on somebody else makes you feel like you need to wait for their permission first. It is rarely the case that you cannot actually start because you are dependent on somebody else; but it's a strong, very common illusion that many people will use to postpone starting.
Find the smallest step you could take without anyone else's permission.
9. You don't believe you can actually pull it off. Sometimes you simply don't believe in your abilities to the point where you don't even start.
This limiting belief is almost never true, but it always sounds very convincing.
When you don't feel ready for something big, you can at least take the first step in the right direction. And starting is all that you need.
If you don't know how to swim, you cannot swim 5 miles that's true, but you can register for some swimming classes and then gradually practice until you can swim 5 miles.
People constantly confuse their current abilities with what they could achieve in the future.
10. You don't think it's actually feasible. Interestingly enough this is not a limit of the world itself -although it might appear that way- but it's actually a limit of your imagination. When people say something is impossible they're just clarifying their own limitations. Possible or impossible that's not important, what really matters is: do you care enough about it to attempt at finding a solution?
