Hola comunidad! Espero que este nuevo inicio de semana sea muy bueno para todos, hoy he decidido compartir con ustedes este dibujo que vendría siendo similar al que subí hace unos días, como mencione en el anterior post, quiero hacer una especie de colección que tenga esta misma estética, escala de grises y un fondo con una luz blanca intensa, me ha gustado muchísimo como se ve además que en blanco y negro siento que quedan muchísimo mas realista los rostros y mas dramático, espero que les guste tanto como a mi.

I hope this new start to the week is very good for everyone, today I have decided to share with you this drawing that would be similar to the one I uploaded a few days ago, as I mentioned in the previous post, I want to make a kind of collection that has this same aesthetic , gray scale and a background with intense white light, I really liked how it looks, also that in black and white I feel that the faces are much more realistic and more dramatic, I hope you like it as much as I do.

Antes de comenzar mi explicación sobre como realice este dibujo, debo comentarles que perdí mucho del proceso, lamentablemente ha estado lloviendo muchísimo en mi ciudad y ese dia estaba dibujando este retrato, se fue la luz a causa de las lluvias y perdió gran parte del proceso, sin embargo, logre recuperar en donde me había quedado pero las capas que había echo anteriores no las podía ver en ningún lado. Comencé mi boceto y aplique un tono base de gris oscuro, comencé a aplicar otros tonos de grises variando entre oscuros y claros, luego comencé a definir el rostro, dándole forma con el pincel de textura de oleo y un tamaño mas pequeño para detalles como los ojos y esquinas de la nariz, poco a poco fui construyendo el rostro y parte de su cuerpo.

Before I begin my explanation on how I made this drawing, I must tell you that I lost a lot of the process, unfortunately it has been raining a lot in my city and that day I was drawing this portrait, the power went out due to the rains and I lost a large part of the process, however, I was able to recover where I had left off but the layers that I had done before could not be seen anywhere.
I started my sketch and applied a dark gray base tone, I started applying other shades of gray varying between dark and light, then I began to define the face, shaping it with the oil texture brush and a smaller size for details such as the eyes and corners of the nose, little by little I was building the face and part of her body.

Para su cabello aplique un tono base similar al que use en la piel, en la camisa coloque un color negro intenso, realice el mismo fondo que hice en mi anterior dibujo, pintando con negro y creando un circulo en gris de un tamaño bastante grande, a partir de aquí comencé a suavizar la piel hasta darle una textura mas real y bonita, para el cabello utilice grises claros y oscuros pintando mechones, realice mechones mas claros en el borde del cabello para dar la ilusion de iluminación del fondo, finalmente aplique mas luces en el rostro, ojos y ropa.

For her hair, apply a base tone similar to the one I used on her skin, on the shirt, place an intense black color, make the same background that I did in my previous drawing, painting with black and creating a fairly large gray circle, From here I began to soften the skin until it gave it a more realistic and beautiful texture. For the hair, I used light and dark grays, painting strands. I made lighter strands on the edge of the hair to give the illusion of lighting the background. Finally, I applied more lights in the face, eyes and clothes.
