En el post anterior les dije que les daría la receta de la salsa de ajo y como lo prometido es deuda, aquí se las traigo.

Se usa para untar panes, como acompañante de las empanadas y se le pone a los pepitos, hamburguesas y perros calientes.

| Mayonesa | 500 gr. |
| Ajo | 1 cabeza. |
| Cilantro | 1 rama. |

| Garlic | 1 head. |
| Coriander | 1 sprig. |
- Desgranar y pelar el ajo, también pueden usar ajo pelado del que se compra en el supermercado.
Shell and peel the garlic, you can also use peeled garlic that you buy at the supermarket.
- Lavar el cilantro con abundante agua, procurando quitar cualquier residuo de tierra.
Wash the coriander with plenty of water, trying to remove any dirt residue.
- Picar el cilantro finamente, de esta manera disminuimos el tiempo de licuado.
Chop the coriander finely, in this way we reduce the blending time.
- En la licuadora agregaremos la mayonesa, el cilantro y por ultimo el ajo.
In the blender we will add the mayonnaise, the coriander and finally the garlic.
- Procesamos todos los ingredientes, tratando de que el cilantro y el ajo se licuen muy bien.
We process all the ingredients, trying to blend the coriander and garlic very well.
- Tenemos lista nuestra salsa de ajo, perfecta para acompañar galletas, panes, sándwiches y cualquier cosa que se nos ocurra.
We have our garlic sauce ready, perfect to accompany crackers, breads, sandwiches and anything else that comes to mind.
