Most coins do rally in altseason, even the poopoo coins, but they may lag a little. Your coin may be waiting for the money to flow down from above so, as long as you'd done the research and your fundamentals are good, there's no need to FOMO across to rallying coins. It's best to sit back, relax, and wait your turn.
FOMO'ing across to other coins may result in lost gains, since you'd be selling low and buying a bit higher. It also would create at least one taxable event which, depending on where you live, may shave another 20-50% off your already reduced gains.
