Postpartum requires intake of foods rich in iron because it has lost a lot of blood during childbirth. Iron-rich foods also provide adequate calcium for breastfeeding mothers. Here are some foods you can consume after childbirth:

1. Guava

Guava is rich in iron like apples and is easy to find in tropical countries, especially Indonesia.

2. Milk

Milk and dairy products are essential for breastfeeding mothers because they can provide the body with plenty of protein and calcium. Both of these nutrients will disappear from the body of a mother as they breastfeed.

3. Dried Fruits

8. Grains
