I've recently gotten into the habit of going for long walks. On Thursday i went for an 80 minute walk of 13km.
Today i upped the ante and ventured to the next junction which i clocked in at 110 minutes and a total distance of just under 16km. It's the longest purposeful walk ive ever done and i must say it was most enjoyable.
I have done a half marathon before while running, but this is much more relaxing. It has got me thinking. I think I will look into doing a long charity walk of say 100km over a weekend or maybe look at attempting part of the Camino de Santiago. I've just checked and it's 500 miles in total. The ultimate goal would be some day to complete it all.
Ok enough day dreaming and back now to real life and today's walk. Here are some sights and scenes of nature I captured along the way.

The road is quiet narrow at times and the speed limit is 100kmph so great care is needed for some stretches of road.
