'Caliente' is 'Hot' in Spanish, 'Estoy' is 'I am'.
'Estoy Caliente' Umm, yeah, that means I'm horny...
Tengo calor - That means I'm hot (from the sun or workout etc), and directly translated, 'I have heat' - Not, I'm on heat....
Anyway!
The video has been speeded up because I'm pretty sure no-one is going to sit through 30 minutes. Perhaps I'll upload some shorter workouts in real time at some point.

And it is a bit of a bastard. Awesome for the obliques, and there are plenty of upper body moves in there too.
