Ana’s birthday gift was the chance to take part in one of our "safaris"—or so her mother told me when she brought her along. Ana wanted outdoor photos for her 17th birthday, and her family decided the best way to make that wish come true was to bring her to an event offering a wide selection of photographers. I was one of the photographers she posed for; she wrapped up her session with me after visiting three or four other colleagues who had taken shots of her in different spots around the same location. A dream come true and a happy birthday!
