I finally started yoga classes

I finally started to attend yoga,I have done chi quang in the past and always preferred stretches and stances to working out and stressing the body out,at least for a large amount of time. So far I have gone to two sessions,I seem to have a natural flair to an extend anyways that might change as time goes on and it get harder.

I have practised meditation and certain stretches for a long time now,so yoga seemed like a natural way to go.I have joined one of the leading yoga centres in fact I think its ranked as the best in my city.Anyways I shall post some more updates on how it goes,and maybe point in the direction of some good home practises.
