Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Tortilla
Black Bean Burger Patty (any vegan brand, I used Sprouts brand)
Chili or Sriracha Sauce
Just Mayo
Spinach
Nutritional Yeast
Steps:
Cook the black bean burger according to the package instructions, this can typically be done by microwave or, the way I prefer, cooking it on the stove.
While the black bean patty is cooking, prepare the chipolte sauce by mixing one tablespoon of Just Mayo and one tablespoon chili or sriracha sauce.
Place spinach, chipolte sauce, and black bean patty on wrap.
Sprinkle a teaspoon of nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor, B12, and added protein.
And lastly, cook in a pan until slightly crispy.
Its such a quick and easy thing to make but it packs such a big taste!
