If you love chocolate, then this recipe is for you! This fudge is creamy, it's dreamy, and it's downright delicious!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips (I get Enjoy Life common allergen-free ones)
- cream from 1 can of coconut milk (buy BPA-free cans!)
- 1/2 cup hazelnut butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp liquid sweetener of choice
- chopped toasted hazelnuts/cacao nibs/hemp seeds to garnish with
Instructions:
Pour coconut milk, hazelnut butter, and chocolate into a saucepan on low heat, stirring every now and again until the chocolate has all melted. Add your sweetener and salt and taste to see that you like it. Pour into a parchment paper-lined 8" x 8" dish. Sprinkle your nuts/nibs/seeds (you could also fold some into the fudge). Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving and keep in the fridge or freezer once you're done serving (if any is left!).
