Mixed vegetables with coconut milk (Ginataang gulay)

This creamy dish is not only filled with nutrients, but is also budget-friendly!

Today i will share a pinoy recipe called Mixed vegetables in coconut milk in tagalog we called it ginataang gulay.
Here's the procedure.

Preparation: 3mins.
Cooking time: 30-40mins.
Serving: 5-6 servings

INGREDIENTS:
cooking oil
1/4 pork (cut into cubes)
Onion and garlic (minced)
Mixed vegetables (okra or lady's finger, squash, eggplant, sitaw or legumes)
2 cups coconut oil
Pepper
alamang or small salted shrimp or shrimp paste
1cup of water

PROCEDURE:

1.)Pour in oil and sauté onion and garlic.
2.)Put in and saute pork let it cook for about three minutes and put in alamang or salted shrimps.
3.)Put in pepper to add flavor.
4.)Put in the fresh vegetables, stir and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
5.) Put in the coconut milk to add richness and flavor, add one cup of water, let it boil untul cooked.
6.)Serve it hot and enjoy.
