Boiled Malaysian Serama Egg VS Duck Maalat Egg

This picture was taken at our dining room. The peeled little egg, larger than a quail's egg, is from a Serama or those miniature type of rooster and chicken while the pink egg was from a duck. From it's name "maalat" which means salty, it's really salty and yummy in a balanced manner at the same time. It is prepared and preserved in a certain process to have its unique taste.
