[INGREDIENTS] - 2 servings -
200g Beef (you can try with fake meat), 1/3 Carrot, 1/2 Zucchini, 1/2 Onion, 4 mushrooms, 2 Eggs, 2 bowls of cooked rice, handful of lettuce, Sesame oil, Sesame seeds and pepper.
Beef Sauce: 1+1/2tbsp Soy sauce, 1tbsp Cooking wine, 1/2tbsp Sugar, 1/2tbsp Minced garlic, 1/2tbsp Sesame oil, Pepper
Soy sauce Mixture: 2tbsp Soy sauce, 1/2tbsp honey, 1tbsp Cooking wine, 1/2tbsp Sesame oil, 1/2tsp Minced garlic, Sesame and salt

step 1.
- After the beef is chopped well, put it on a kitchen towel to remove the blood. Marinate with sauce mixture for 10 minutes.

- Wash and cut carrot, zucchini, onion, and mushrooms. And rinse lettuce in cold water and drain.
step 3.
- Fry onion - zucchini - carrot - mushrooms - beef with salt and pepper (you can cook with oven for 30mins 180C)
step 4.
- Make sunny side up egg

- Put the rice bottom, Put cooked vegetables ,beef, lettuce aside and a fried egg in the middle.
step 6.
- Add some sesame oil and sesame seeds at last and serve with soy sauce mixture.
