Stir-fry carrot-tomato sauce is a tasty meal which can be used for variety of delicacies, such as with rice, beans, pasta, etcetera.
It is nutritious as it contains lots of vegetables.
I would like you to follow through this post, try it out and give your feedback afterwards.
Lastly, I always try to know some health tips about the meals I make and/or consume so I will be adding some nutritional tips of this recipe at the end of it.

####INGREDIENTS
Carrot (100g)
Red Cherry Tomatoes (500g)
Onions (100g)
Red bell pepper (40g)
Chilli pepper (10-15g)
Green bell pepper (20-30g)
Ginger (20g)
Garlic (2-3cloves)
Tumeric (5-10g)
Green beans (10-20g)
Salt (a pinch)
Boillion cubes (Knorr 2cubes)
Vegetable oil (300-400ml)
Some pieces of chopped beef or liver
####PROCEDURES
STEP 1: Divide each of the vegetables into 2 equal halves.
STEP 2: Slice one half and chop the other half. This is to give the dish a nice appearance/presentation.
STEP 3: UNDER LOW HEAT, Heat a pan/pot for 30 seconds to a minute.
STEP 4: Add your desired amount of vegetable oil and add your pinch of salt and stir for just 5-10 seconds
STEP 5: Pour all your chopped vegetables into into the hot oil and stir for 7-10 minutes.
STEP 6: Pour all your sliced vegetables into the mixture, then add your curry powder, thyme powder, Boillion cubes and stir for another 7-10 minutes.
You could opt to add either egg, or meat or both to improve the proteinous aspect of the recipe
####FINISHED AND SERVED
The recipe can be eaten with white or brown rice, pasta, or mixed with any other food
####SOME NUTRITIONAL VALUE OF THE RECIPE
CARROT is a good source of beta carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin which may aid prevent some vision conditions like age-related macular degeneration and xerophthalma (which can cause night blindness).
TOMATOES contain lycopene, beta carotene and lutein which could help prevent one from developing cataracts and age-related macular degeneration.
PEPPER contains loads of Vitamin C. It is said that 100g contains the daily requirement of Vitamin C for more than 2 days. Vitamin C improves our immune system.
GARLIC is considered medicinal for people living with Hypertension and Hypercholesterolemia because of the presence of ALLICIN.
IN SUMMARY, CARROT-TOMATO STIR-FRY SAUCE COULD IMPROVE OUR EYES' HEALTH AS WELL AS OUR HEART, I SAY
