Rasberry Ginger Smoothie

I love adding “heat” to my smoothies! Adding heat to cold smoothies promotes nutrient absorption and healthy digestion!

Ginger, in Chinese medicine, is a great HOT food and will fire up digestion

1 handful frozen vegetables

1 handful frozen cauliflower

1 inch ginger

*top with banana
