How I make gains on my strict student diet👌

Being a university student is fun and all but when it comes to building muscle your diet is key and on a strict student budget like mine it's kinda difficult but k do it.
Here's what i buy when i go grocery shopping: 1.)Bananas for post workout energy refill.

  1. Instant oats for breakfast along with some honey and soy milk.
  2. lots of peanut butter, cheap and good tasting protein source.
  3. Bread for some carbs for pre workout
  4. Omega 3 and vitamin C pills that i take in the morning
  5. Futurelife high protein cereal that i take in the mornings sometime but mostly at night
