How to stay fit without going to gym!

It's a common myth that going to gym equal to fitness, without doing the adequate workout you can't stay fit.
First of all, I would like to say there is a big difference between staying fit and being shredded i.e. looking muscular.

Of course one needs to go to the gym and workout sufficiently to gain muscles, but when it comes to staying fit and having a decent physique - gymming is not necessary as such.

Now, you will ask how is it possible,
It works on a simple theory " calories consumed minus calories used on that day".

So, if you can utilize or use only X calories a day, you should be consuming only X amount of calories.

This is the only way you can keep yourself lean and fit. If you consume surplus calories than required calories, it's obvious that over the time you will get overweight and unfit.

Now, certain things you can do to boost your fitness level daily by inculcating some good habits:

  • Avoid eating outside foods, reward yourself if you don't eat outside food for a week or a month.

  • Choose healthy alternatives for junk food like green vegetables and protein-rich foods.

  • Use bicycles if your workplace is near to your home.

  • Use staircases as much as possible.

  • Don't depend on machines to do the home stuff for you, it very much affects our energy uses.

  • Eat only when it's required.

  • Always have some fruits in your diet because they contain certain vitamins and minerals which helps our body to regulate our metabolism and keep it in check.

Hope, these small-small things helped you to get a better idea of how you can keep yourself fit without worrying so much and little bit savings on your gym fees.
