How do you start your day?

If you are like most people, you wake up, check your phone, snooze (or simply hide under the covers), and then rush to get out the door on your way to work, school, ...or to save the world if you're a super hero.

But try this. Try committing to doing a simple 5 exercise routine at home in the mornings before anything else. 5-10 minutes tops.

Doing a few simple exercises that work your core, legs, or whole body will jump start your energy levels and be more alert & focused throughout the day.

If you have trouble sticking to a routine, try using static cling decals for exercises. These can go up on mirrors, windows, or sliding glass doors. Having visuals will help remind you to actually DO YOUR WORKOUT, stay motivated, and stay on track during your routine. You can get some of these decals from See & Be Fitness.
