Martin - der Koch
Der erste Part unserer Foodie-Love-Kombo ist Martin, der Koch. Ein tätowierter, neugieriger, ruhiger, großherziger und vor allem talentierter Koch. Er leitet und führt hier in unserer Heimat, Tamsweg, im wunderschönsten Fleckchen, dem Salzburger Lungau, ein jahrhundertealtes, traditionelles Wirtshaus, den Gellnwirt (http://www.gellnwirt.at) . Hier tüftelt er an Neuem, an Exotischem, an Traditionellem und hört dabei nichts lieber als Rock und Metal. Er liebt es, neue Sachen auszuprobieren, aber noch mehr liebt er es, Spaß in der Küche zu haben.
Verena - seine Lady
Ich, ich bin Verena, der weibliche Part des Cookauvin-Duos – und liebe Essen. Klar, kochen kann ich auch. Nicht so gut wie Martin, aber ich bemühe mich. Aber essen kann ich. Wie keine andere und daher ist es das Größte, dass mein Mann Koch ist und ich auch um Mitternacht mit Österreichischen Palatschinken verwöhnt werde.
Wir lieben das gemeinsame Kochen, es ist unser Beziehungsgeheimnis. Neben dem Kochen reisen wir und daher schauen wir gerne in nationale und internationale Kochtöpfe und berichten darüber.
Weil wir so gerne kochen, reisen, reden und schreiben, haben wir 2017 unser online Magazin http://www.cookauvin.at gegründet. Seitdem haben wir hunderte Rezepte veröffentlicht, die Kochbuch Bibliothek aufgestockt und sind nur noch mehr am Reisen.
Und nun freuen wir uns hier zu sein – etwas Neues für uns ausprobieren und neue Leute kennenlernen. Wir freuen uns, wenn ihr mit uns mitkommt.

Martin – the chef.
Before we start – let us introduce ourselves to you: First of all – there is Martin. A tattooed, rock addicted, curios, bighearted and talented Chef. He is modern, young and love being a chef. He owns a family owned, old and traditional Austrian Wirtshaus in the heart of our hometown Tamsweg – the Gellnwirt (http://www.gellnwirt.at). There he is working on new experiments and classical Austrian cuisine. He loves every kind of taste, spicy and flavour and he loves, having fun in the kitchen.
Verena – his lady.
The other part of the Cookauvins is Verena, me. I am open-minded and hoggish. I love food. I love cooking and over all I love eating. The best thing in my life: my man is the best chef. I get Austrian Palatschinken whenever I want, get the best Pizza ever and I can eat homemade pasta all day long. I also love cooking on my own, but I adore it, seeing cooking as a couple activity.
Beside cooking we are addicted to seeing the world. We are traveling a lot and we are exploring our world and several national and international kitchens. We would love to take you with us.
Therefore we have founded our online magazine http://www.cookauvin.at in 2017. We wanted a place where we can store our adventures in the kitchen and in the world. Since then we have published hundred recipes, have fulfilled our cookbook-library and tell everybody that we “have to travel” because of our blog :D
And now, we want to try again something new – being here is very excited! So hopefully you come with us and join us!
