Special appreciate to friends and My Actifit Report Card: November 20 2023

Hello my dear friend in the actifit community, how is the day going? It's a lovely Tuesday morning and am happy to be with you as we share our yesterday's report. 20th November.

I love starting my report from the time I wake up to when I fall back to sleep. So if you are ready, let's go 🥂🥂🥂. We are at a round table please don't forget. So many great dignitaries are here with us today!!!!! What a pleasure 🥂🥂🥂. I sincerely want to thank you for honoring our invitation. It's a round table meeting and as the year is coming to an end, I sincerely want to appreciate my beloved friend who has been of great help to me in all areas. The @actifit community is lovely and I must confess that there are so many people who a lovely and caring in this community. And I sincerely appreciate you all for your actofkindness towards each other.

Back to my report, yesterday was a lovely day doing workouts of all kinds. Hahahaha 😂😀😂.

After my morning work at home, I went straight to a friend's salon where I cut my hair, and he gave me a nice haircut 🥰🥰.

After cutting my hair, I decided to go and say hello to my choir master and when I got to his house, I saw him harvesting his plantain and they look fresh.
I also visited and old-time friend in her fashion design shop..

Few hours later, I set back home and made my dinner. But remember that I haven't done my workout for the night. Hahahaha 😂 I kept my food and jogged for about 1 hour as usual.

Take my bath was the next both guess what, 🤔🤔🤔 I couldn't eat the food Prepared so I took a soft drink and that was all.
