Sunset 🌇 is beautiful today

A good friend of mine ask me to come to his house for a Bangladeshi meal I know this guy can cook of course I agreed 👍🏻 lol 😂

surprisingly it's what I always cook at home beef 🍖 with curry 🍛 of course his beef curry tasted different but it was delicious 🤤

I told him from now on he have to cook the staff meal at work kitchen not allowed to cook anymore 😂😂

I really need to get back into my fasting mode I've been eating way too much lately enjoyed the food a bit too much haha 😂

Good thing is I still workout so the food absorb nicely into the body I do feel bigger recently due to the meals I eat I wanna look lean so it's time to do my fasting and only eat meat and only eat once a day 🍖🥓 nothing else just like I always do to keep fit and lean.

That's all for today I'm very tired lately due to the weather ☁️🌡️ is unpredictable sometimes warm 🥵 sometimes cold 🥶 I don't think it's good for the body well time to drink more lemon 🍋 with water always helps 🙂 see you all again tomorrow thanks for reading.
