The Best of Discovery-it #2117

Hi there, welcome back to The Best of Discovery-it! All the best posts voted by the Discovery-it curator team will have their own dedicated space within the Hive blockchain. This digest intends to bring to light all those authors who often remain unnoticed and therefore reward all those who create quality posts, leading them to establish themselves on the platform. But that's not all!
After a careful selection, our curators will also choose the most deserving articles among all those voted to create a ranking of the Top posts of the day.
So who are today's winners?

“I've decided to revisit the forgotten piers of my city, so I visited the Junco Sur neighborhood, a peripheral area filled with buildings constructed mainly during the final years of the Soviet era. This neighborhood was founded in April 1986, and a pier was built near a beach there so that workers constructing the nuclear power plant could travel to the city of the same name, located on the other side of Jagua Bay” this is how this new post by ali-nhyamar78 started. Don’t miss this adventure!

If you’re passionate about photography, you shouldn’t miss this new post by quimera3306. “A little bit of leaves and flowers to quench the thirst for freedom, a little air without smoke, the lungs; the most grateful. My tired eyes, seeing cars and poles, ask for green, the lens rejoices and I, well, filled with little plants that prick and cling to clothes” this is how the story started.

by
Hive account@plantfuljourney
In this new post plantfuljourney shares with us some interesting photos of the garden after rain. “The plan is to build a cottage garden, so let's see how it goes. For now, I'm studying a lot and creating a plan as the biggest work will be done this autumn (hopefully). I thought it would be nice to share this progress here, also for me to see how the garden develops as I tend to forget how something looked like as soon as they're finished” the author said.

Have you ever heard of the group called Wahala? “The band's name comes from a term in the Nigerian Ibo dialect that literally translates to "problems." From its beginnings, its musical proposal was influenced by contemporary trends in ska and California punk, as well as the roots of classic Jamaican reggae. Their official debut took place in June 1997, sharing the stage with the group Desorden Público” the author said.
