Hello photography lovers!

Do you ever notice how many people walk by on the streets without stopping to notice the small gifts that nature gives us?

Do you ever look at a flower, focusing only on its petals, especially its thorns if they have any, and not on how beautiful its stems or leaves can be?

Don't a leaf or a stem deserve a moment of contemplation?

Many may be surprised to read this far, but look, continue, and observe each photograph and tell me what you think.

Then, I am absorbed in its specificities and the contrast that the colors of a solitary flower, open petals, give me, in dialogue with a wall that presents a path as if it were time wearing away, but beautifully at its feet.

And so, in silence, I bid farewell to this Ruellia Lactea and the wall to continue on my journey, but not before reminding you that life is a breath and deserves a smile.

¡Hola amantes de la fotografía!

¿Les sucede que ven cómo muchas personas pasan de largo por las calles sin detenerse en los pequeños regalos que la naturaleza nos brinda?

¿Les sucede que miran a una flor, reparando en sus pétalos solamente, cuanto más en sus espinas en caso de que tengan, y no en lo hermoso que puede resultar sus tallos u hojas?

¿Acaso una hoja o un tallo no merecen un instante de contemplación?

Pueden sorprenderse muchos al leer hasta aquí, pero vean, continúen y observen cada fotografía y ya me contarán qué les parecen.

Entonces, quedo absorto en sus especificidades y el contraste que me regalan los colores de una flor solitaria, pétalos abiertos, en diálogo con una pared que le regala un camino cual si fuera el tiempo en desgaste, pero hermosamente a sus pies.

Y así, en silencio, me despido de esta Ruellia Lactea y de la pared para continuar el camino, no sin antes recordarles que la vida es un suspiro y merece una sonrisa.
