Paso por acá aceptando la invitación que me dejaron @emiliorios y @tibilopez quienes hicieron unas estupendas recomendaciones para guiar a nuevos usuarios en sus primeros pasos en nuestra querida Colmena, en la iniciativa que lleva a cabo la Comunidad de @lovinghive: Challenge: Top Tips for Getting Started in HIVE [ENG-ESP] Iniciativa: Mejores Consejos para Iniciar en HIVE.
Desde hace unos meses invité a varios amigos a la plataforma, los fui apoyando tanto con su ingreso como en sus primeras publicaciones y me he dado cuenta que hacer esta labor de guía no es nada fácil, en principio por todos los detalles que implica apoyar a otro a adaptarse a esta red social con tantas particularidades. Por ello honro el trabajo de adopción y seguimiento que hacen los diferentes proyectos que promueven nuestra plataforma como @aliento, @hispapro, @rutablockchain, #hiveclassroom, @newbies-hive y tantos otros que si bien no estoy mencionando (por mala memoria) tienen mi estima y aprecio por tan importante labor.
Dicho esto, aprovecho de dejar mis recomendaciones, al menos las más importantes porque se me vinieron muchas a la mente:
Cuando entramos a Hive independientemente de que tengamos muchas o pocas expectativas podemos tener una tendencia a desmayar en el primer intento, porque hasta que no estás viviendo la experiencia, y si es tu primera vez en este tipo de red social basada en tecnología blockchain, no sabes realmente a lo que te enfrentas.
Entonces inicias y hay un montón de información que procesar, aprender reglas, cómo hacer tus publicaciones, como manejar tu wallet, hacer comunidad y tantos otros detalles que pueden desanimarte en un momento y hacerte desear tirar la toalla o sentir que tu cabeza va a explotar, más cuando empiezas a agarrar el ritmo y no obtienes los resultados deseados.
Por ello es mi primera recomendación, no te desanimes, ni siquiera por tener un montón de publicaciones sin ser vistas por nadie, mira como fueron mis inicios y segura estoy ha sido el de muchos en esta cadena de bloques:
Con el entusiasmo del inicio enfocamos nuestros esfuerzos muchas veces en nuestras primeras publicaciones, lo cual por supuesto es sumamente importante, pero también lo es que te tomes el tiempo de conocer esta gran Colmena con tantos espacios variopintos y diversos que te ofrece.
Por ello, mi segunda recomendación sería que luego de hacer un buen post de introducción, dediques tiempo a conocer las Comunidades de Hive, identificar cuáles son afines con tus intereses o el tipo de contenido que deseas compartir en tu blog, observar la dinámica de las comunidades y LEER sus reglas.
Yo aprendí viendo las publicaciones de otros usuarios, revisando las guías y tutoriales que iba encontrando sobre cuanto tema salía, también aprendí copiando ideas de markdown 😜 (creo que también todos lo hacemos, o al menos creo que tampoco soy la única, jajaja). En fin, es importante que te tomes el tiempo de ver la dinámica de #Hive para que ese proceso de adaptación sea más fluido y no te quedes con la idea de que es solo postear y caigan los votos del cielo.
Seguro este tip ha sido un común denominador en la mayoría de las participaciones de esta iniciativa, y es que como Red Social que es #Hive, la interacción y hacer Comunidad es una herramienta valiosa para lograr mayor visibilidad y obtener mejores resultados. Cuando me di cuenta de esto y empecé a interactuar en los distintos Programas de Curación que se realizan en #Discord, se abrieron muchas oportunidades y tuve muchos aprendizajes de los moderadores de los distintos programas. En el Servidor de Holos & Lotus, Comunidad en la que soy moderadora, también tenemos actividades relacionadas al crecimiento personal y el bienestar todos los miércoles a las 8:00 p.m. hora Venezuela., con estupendos moderadores (@damarysvibra, @janettyanez, @irvinc y mi persona) para este mes de agosto inauguraremos un nuevo espacio.
Otra forma de interactuar valiosa es a través de los comentarios, es el canal de comunicación directa que tenemos los creadores de contenido dentro de nuestra Colmena. Los comentarios son valiosos por muchas razones y creo que es un buen hábito que debemos cultivar si realmente nos interesa hacer vida en #Hive.
Como mencionaba arriba, si quieres tener éxito en Hive no puedes pensar en esta plataforma como un espacio para soltar un post e irte, esperando que los votos caigan del cielo. Debes dedicar tiempo a revisar tu blog, responder los comentarios, participar en las iniciativas de las Comunidades, dejar comentarios de valor en las publicaciones de otros creadores de contenidos, mantenerte al tanto de las actualizaciones y nuevos proyectos que van surgiendo, y todo ello requiere tiempo, así que mi última recomendación el día de hoy es agendar un espacio que puedas dedicarle a #Hive.
Por otra parte, hay una única regla de oro que debes seguir y es común para todas las Comunidades: CREA CONTENIDO ORIGINAL, no copies nada de internet, crea tu propio contenido y si usas alguna referencia, imagen o cualquier otro elemento para añadir valor a tu publicación otorga los créditos necesarios y procura que esas referencias no ocupen la mayor parte de tu post porque si no pierde esta condición de originalidad y se convierte en un simple parafraseo. Por ello es importante que trabajes tu ingenio e inspiración y procures compartir cosas que estén vinculadas a tus temas favoritos, áreas de conocimiento y pasiones.
En mi experiencia personal, puedo decirles que #Hive me saco de mi zona de confort, me llevo a aprender muchas cosas nuevas, herramientas, a ser más creativa y cuidadosa con mi escritura, y constantemente trato de renovarme e ingeniármelas para hacer mi contenido más visible, es un trabajo de cada día y en ese proceso de ingenio y constante renovación vas construyendo tu sello, tu marca personal. Esa huella que vas dejando en tu paso por esta cadena de bloques que si es tu deseo puede ser una gran Aventura. Solo elige desde que espacio quieres vivir la experiencia y Anímate siempre a dar lo mejor de ti, al final creo que uno de los más grandes beneficios que nos regala #hive es la posibilidad de dejar tu historia personal aquí plasmada para tus futuras generaciones.

Since a few months ago I invited several friends to the platform, I have been supporting them both with their entry and their first publications and I have realized that doing this work as a guide is not easy, in principle because of all the details involved in supporting another to adapt to this social network with so many peculiarities. That's why I honor the work of adoption and monitoring that make the different projects that promote our platform as @aliento, @hispapro, @rutablockchain, #hiveclassroom, @newbies-hive and many others that although I am not mentioning (by bad memory) have my esteem and appreciation for such important work.
That said, I take the opportunity to leave my recommendations, at least the most important ones because many came to my mind:
When we enter Hive regardless of whether we have many or few expectations we may have a tendency to faint at the first attempt, because until you are not living the experience, and if it is your first time in this type of social network based on blockchain technology, you do not really know what you are facing.
Then you start and there is a lot of information to process, learn rules, how to make your publications, how to manage your wallet, make community and so many other details that can discourage you in a moment and make you want to throw in the towel or feel like your head is going to explode, more when you start to get into the rhythm and do not get the desired results.
That's why this is my first recommendation, don't get discouraged, not even for having a lot of publications without being seen by anyone, look how my beginnings were and I'm sure it has been the one of many in this blockchain:
With the enthusiasm of the beginning we often focus our efforts on our first publications, which of course is extremely important, but it is also important that you take the time to get to know this great Hive with so many diverse and diverse spaces that it offers you.
Therefore, my second recommendation would be that after making a good introductory post, spend time getting to know the Hive Communities, identify which ones are related to your interests or the type of content you want to share on your blog, observe the dynamics of the communities and READ their rules.
I learned by watching the posts of other users, reviewing the guides and tutorials that I was finding on any topic that came out, I also learned by copying ideas from markdown 😜 (I think we all do it too, or at least I think I'm not the only one, hahaha). Anyway, it's important that you take the time to see the dynamics of #Hive so that the process of adaptation is more fluid and you don't get the idea that you just post and the votes fall from the sky.
Surely this tip has been a common denominator in most of the participations of this initiative, and is that as a Social Network that is #Hive, interaction and make Community is a valuable tool to achieve greater visibility and get better results. When I realized this and started to interact in the different Healing Programs that take place in #Discord, many opportunities opened up and I learned a lot from the moderators of the different programs. In the Holos & Lotus Server, Community in which I am moderator, we also have activities related to personal growth and wellness every Wednesday at 8:00 p.m. Venezuela time, with great moderators (@damarysvibra, @janettyanez, @irvinc and myself) for this month of August we will inaugurate a new space.
Another valuable way to interact is through comments, it is the direct communication channel that we content creators have within our Hive. Comments are valuable for many reasons and I think it's a good habit to cultivate if we're really interested in making #Hive live.
As I mentioned above, if you want to be successful on Hive you can't think of this platform as a space to drop a post and walk away, waiting for votes to fall from the sky. You must spend time reviewing your blog, responding to comments, participating in Community initiatives, leaving valuable comments on other content creators' posts, keeping up with updates and new projects as they arise, and all of this takes time, so my last recommendation today is to schedule a space that you can dedicate to #Hive.
On the other hand, there is a single golden rule you must follow and it is common for all Communities: CREATE ORIGINAL CONTENT, do not copy anything from the internet, create your own content and if you use any reference, image or any other element to add value to your publication give the necessary credits and try that those references do not occupy most of your post because otherwise it loses this condition of originality and becomes a simple paraphrase. That is why it is important that you work your wit and inspiration and try to share things that are linked to your favorite topics, areas of knowledge and passions.
In my personal experience, I can tell you that #Hive took me out of my comfort zone, it led me to learn many new things, tools, to be more creative and careful with my writing, and I constantly try to renew myself and make my content more visible, it is a daily work and in that process of ingenuity and constant renewal you build your stamp, your personal brand. That footprint that you leave in your passage through this blockchain that if it is your desire can be a great adventure. Just choose from which space you want to live the experience and always encourage yourself to give the best of you, in the end I believe that one of the greatest benefits that #hive gives us is the possibility of leaving your personal story here captured for your future generations.
