That's easy. Just add a little humor to it. But if you don't have a funny bone in your body and write mostly about serious topics then add some fun facts or relevant information in your article.

It is very important to find your niche to be able to express your ideas on your passion, your expertise, and experiences and be able to communicate well with others. And don't forget to put your emotions or feelings into words. It will be felt by your readers.

Some people are visual, meaning they see the cover photo first. Sometimes I am like that. If the cover photo is not of good quality (e.g. blurry), I tend to skip that post. There are many photo editing apps now, and even many free to use images' website. Your blurry photo could become nicer if you just spend time to edit it.
If you read other people's work, you will acquire a knowledge or two about their writing style, right? If you don't like reading books, you can read blogs here in Hive.

Just by looking at an image most of us remain in awe. We already appreciate the beauty of that photo just by seeing the cover photo. Most readers will think that the content will be interesting by seeing it. I heard some people say that a photograph is like a package that doesn't need more words. Well, I think it's true because why do people spend so much money to hire a good photographer? You got it right! They are hoping to see something beautiful through images.
5. HIVE PH CONTEST: IMPROVE YOUR BLOG LIKE A PRO. By: @arkicarls
This contest serves as a self-evaluation of my blogging journey over the last few months. More than just starting my own blog, spending time reading, engaging with, and learning from the works of other bloggers was really beneficial. As a result, I was able to get tips on how to create unique, engaging, and informative blogs.
Creating a "catchy blog title" piques readers' interest. I previously had a long blog title that didn't seem to work, despite carefully produced content. There's just so much going on in the headline (lengthy title, hashtags, location), and we don't want to cause readers headaches, do we? Haha. To be honest, I regret doing so, but it was a valuable learning experience for me. With that error, I learned to keep it concise, precise, and interesting.
And, the #winner is...
Entry # 1: @baby.magic and his writeup, "Hive PH Contest: How To Improve Your Blog! My Entry".
For his entry, @baby.magic gave the best detailed recommendations on different aspects of writing and blogging; from creating content, to formatting, to connecting with the readers. His grasp of the subject matter shows in the ease of explanation, also making it easier for us readers to understand the essence of what he is trying to convey. (Basahin nyo na lang po para malaman nyo ang ibig namin sabihin.)
For this contest, the winner will get 10 Hive and a 100 HP delegation from @romeskie for two weeks.
