Enjoying a Polar Beer. Here in Venezuela it is always a pleasure to enjoy a good beer, even more if the day is very sunny and hot. We can do it at any time, it can be a party, an outing with friends, a good meal in a restaurant with the family or my wife. The truth is that the occasion can be given, or we can create it ourselves.
A few days ago I enjoyed a good beer at a barbecue for my dad's birthday celebration. However, days later I was able to do it again in an outing with my wife, when we enjoyed a delicious Chinese meal. In our country there is a variety of national beers of which I will be able to tell you about, but one is the one that predominates because of the tradition it represents. This is my first presentation in the cool @hive-187719 community and I gladly greet brother @detlev.

Disfrutando de una Cerveza Polar. Aquí en Venezuela siempre es un gusto saborear una buena cerveza, más aún si el día está muy soleado y caluroso. Podemos hacerlo en cualquier momento, puede ser una fiesta, una salida con amigos, una buena comida en en restaurante con la familia o mi esposa. Lo cierto es que la ocasión puede darse, o la podemos crear nosotros mismos.
Hace unos días disfruté de una buena cerveza en una parrillada con motivo de la celebración de cumpleaños de mi papá. Sin embargo, días después lo pude hacer nuevamente en una salida con mi esposa, cuando disfrutamos de una rica comida china. En nuestro país existe una variedad de cervezas nacionales de las cuales podré hacerles un recuento, pero una es la que predomina por la tradición que representa. Esta es mi primera presentación en la fresca comunidad @hive-187719 y con gusto saludo al hermano @detlev.
As far back as I can remember, we have a variety of beers from the Regional brand, Tovar produced in Colonia Tovar, Aragua state, Venezuela; we have the Zulia beer; Cerveza Nacional which was later acquired by the Brazilian company Brahma. However, my favorite will always be Cerveza Polar, which we call the "cold beer" and which by the way has a great variety of styles, with very different degrees of alcohol ranging from 4 to 6°.
I am going with the basic presentations among them the polar ice, polar ligth, blue solera or ligth, a powerful one called green solera with 6 degrees, of which I have had several. But the one I like the most is the polarcita or polar negra, of course the content is yellow but we call it so because its bottle is black and has 4.5 degrees of alcohol.
Desde tiempo atrás de acuerdo a lo que puedo recordar, tenemos una variedad de cervezas de la marca Regional, Tovar producida en la Colonia Tovar estado Aragua Venezuela; tenemos la cerveza Zulia; Cerveza Nacional que luego fue adquirida por la empresa brasilera Brahma. Sin embargo, mi favorita siempre será la Cerveza Polar, la que llamamos la catira bien fría y que por cierto tiene una gran variedad de estilos, con grados de alcohol muy diferentes que van desde 4 a 6°.
Me voy con las presentaciones básicas entre ellas la polar ice, polar ligth, solera azul o ligth, una poderosa llamada solera verde con 6 grados, de esta he tomado varias. Pero la que más me gusta es la polarcita o polar negra, claro el contenido es amarillo pero le decimos así porque su botella es de color negro y tiene 4.5 grados de alcohol.
I enjoyed this beer on an outing with my wife when we were at the Chinese restaurant La Gran Fortuna, here in Cumaná, Sucre state, Venezuela. From the moment it is delivered, which by the way I like to bring me the glass but the beer in its bottle to serve it myself, having it in our hands well chilled is a feeling of freshness.
The sound it makes when it is uncorked and when it is being served is totally unique. But when the time comes to taste it and it enters our organism, is when you really feel all its flavor and all its freshness, and if we are on a sunny and hot day, drinking a little black polar bear is priceless.
Esta cerveza la disfruté en la salida con mi esposa cuando estuvimos en el restaurante chino La Gran Fortuna, aquí en Cumaná estado Sucre Venezuela. Desde el momento que la entregan, que por cierto me gusta que me traigan el vaso pero la cerveza en su botella para servirla yo mismo, al tenerla en nuestras manos bien fría es una sensación de frescura.
El sonido que emite cuando se destapa y cuando se está sirviendo es totalmente único. Pero cuando viene el momento de degustarla y va entrando a nuestro organismo, es cuando de verdad se siente todo su sabor y toda su frescura, y si estamos en un día soleado y caluroso, tomar una polarcita negra no tiene precio.
