Trouble Finding Time To Workout?

If you’re having trouble finding time when to work out, try this!

Instead of sticking to a full hour where you have to go to the gym or go into the garage to do your workout, you can actually split your schedule up amongst two different sessions.

So instead of that full hour, you could have two, 20 to 30 minute sessions. Your body doesn’t really care whether or not it’s all happening at once or if we’re splitting the total workout throughout the day.

What matters the most is time under tension.

So are the muscles being contracted? Are they being broken down? And do they have a need to be able to repair themselves?

So if you’re breaking out your sessions amongst the morning and the evening, that’s totally fine. Your body is gonna be stoked that you’re doing your strength training at all!

You’re gonna get those gains. So don’t let that one hour block keep you away from working out at all.

Much love
