He hablado muchas veces de este equipo, y puedo asegurarles que no se trata de cualquier lugar donde ir y hacer ejercicios a diario y luego regresar a casa. El equipo Vida es “el equipo”.
Hello everyone, happy day. Two weeks ago, the training group where I am, arrived at its first year of continuous activities. I have spoken many times about this team, and I can assure you that it is not just any place to go and work out every day and then go home. Team Vida is “the team".
¿Qué es Vida? Es un proyecto de entrenamientos funcionales fusionado con yoga, y un poco de sugerencias de nutrición, y terapias emocionales, que simplemente nos ha mejorado la vida a todos los que formamos parte de ellos.

No sólo se trata de ejercitar bajo la profesional orientación de ellas, sino de la buena vibra que nos transmiten con su personalidad. Aparte de las horas de entrenar, siempre organizan reuniones para divertirnos, jugar, reír, y por supuesto, también aprender.

Nos motivan, nos elevan la autoestima, y poseen un nivel apropiado de empatía para dedicarle a cada integrante la atención que requiere según sus necesidades.

La fiesta de celebración de este primer aniversario la hicieron en una finca en los alrededores de la ciudad, y ni siquiera el calor de ese día le restó alegría al momento tan especial que vivimos todos los que estuvimos presentes.
The celebration party for this first anniversary was held at a farm on the outskirts of the city, and not even the heat of the day detracted from the joy of the special moment experienced by all of us who were present.
Hubo juegos, rifas, concursos, piscinada, comidas, bebidas, postres, paseo por el campo, muchas risas, y una maravillosa conexión entre todo el equipo y los integrantes.
There were games, raffles, contests, pool, food, drinks, desserts, field trips, lots of laughter, and a wonderful connection between the whole team and the members.
Vida se convirtió en un estilo de vida, literalmente. Los que formamos parte del Team Vida Vzla, sabemos que esta rutina diaria forma parte importante de nuestra cotidianidad, y estamos pendientes de las publicaciones que nos hacen las chicas a diario vía web, para conocer la clase del día, las herramientas que vamos a usar, y cómo debemos prepararnos para realizar el set de ejercicios sin contratiempos.
Vida became a way of life, literally. Those of us who are part of Team Vida Vzla, know that this daily routine is an important part of our daily routine, and we are aware of the publications that the girls make us daily via web, to know the class of the day, the tools that we will use, and how we should prepare to perform the set of exercises without setbacks.
Nuestros mayores deseos para este hermoso equipo, es que no sólo cumplan más años de vida, sino que sigan creciendo empresa y como aporte de salud y bienestar para todos los que se van integrando a su proyecto.
