My Veggie shopping|| (Beans, Granos, Frijoles, Judías, Habas) [Eng-Esp]

Today I present myself again in this vegan challenge in its 26th Edition "YOUR VEGGIE BUY", brought by our friend @sirenahippie to the community, this time the purchase is related to grains, I want to tell you a little about how I used to buy them, particularly, years ago I used to buy them in the municipal market, which sold them by kilos, there I could touch them and see them very well, because they were in sacks, but unfortunately due to the economic crisis everything changed and my purchases of these delicious grains I do them in the different supermarkets of the city where we find a great variety of brands and prices, I tell you that I have had to try many of them, these are: La pantera, Mary, amanecer, alvarigua, la Lucha, among others.

Hoy me presento nuevamente en este reto vegano en su Edición 26 "TU COMPRA VEGGIE", traído por nuestra amiga @sirenahippie a la comunidad, esta vez la compra está relacionada con los granos, quiero contarles un poco de cómo solía comprarlos, particularmente, hace años solía comprarlos en el mercado municipal, el cual los vendía por kilos,  allí podía tocarlos y verlos muy bien, porque estaban en sacos, pero lamentablemente debido a la crisis económica todo cambió y mis compras de estos deliciosos granos las hago en los diferentes supermercados de la ciudad donde encontramos una gran variedad de marcas y precios, les cuento que  he tenido que probar muchas de ellas, estas son: La pantera, Mary, amanecer, alvarigua, la Lucha, entre otras.

So this time I went to the supermarket known as CityMart located in the center of the city, since it is the closest to my house and there I made the purchase to participate in this great challenge. To know if they are in good condition I check the date of issue and the expiration date and to preserve them, if I am going to use half of the grains I put them in a tightly covered container, or simply put a click, but often what I do is to prepare them all and keep them in the refrigerator tightly covered until I am going to consume them.

Así que esta vez fui al supermercado conocido como CityMart ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, ya que es el más cercano a mi casa y allí hice la compra para participar en este gran reto. Para saber si están en buen estado le reviso la fecha de expedición y la de vencimiento y para conservarlos, si voy a utilizar la mitad de los granos los coloco en un envase bien tapado, o simplemente les colocó un clic, pero muchas veces lo que hago es prepararlos todos y guardarlo en el refrigerador bien tapado hasta que los vaya a consumir.

My purchase was a package of black beans of 0,454 kgrs Pantera brand, which is the one I use the most because I have tried them and they are very good for an amount of $1,36 and a package of lentils of 0,454 kgrs for an amount of $1,29, which gave a total of $2,65 equivalent to Bs. 98,00.

Mi compra fue de un paquete de caraotas negras de 0,454 kgrs marca pantera que es las que más utilizo porque las he probado y son mu buena por un monto de  $1,36 y un paquete de  lentejas de 0,454 kgrs por un monto $1,29, que dio un total de $2,65 equivalentes a Bs. 98,00.
